I had a man come to my front then back door, ringing the bell, then banging on the glass at ten at night to deliver a summons it scared the bleep out of me, my husband and my cats! I feel like it can't be legal or may be some sort of harassment for them to come late at night like that and bang my door down? Help! Thanks!
Is it legal for a representative of a law firm to serve a summons late at night?
