Obviously there's nothing I can do about this because I have no contract or anything, but my local BioLife plasma donation center had been advertising Bonus payments on a donor's 4th and 6th visits per month. The posters clearly stated "May through August". Now the signs have all been replaced with raffle signs and employees have reported that they are no longer offering the bonus. Can they renege on their offer like that with three months left? It certainly seems unfair, but is it legal? I'm just curious; not going to file a lawsuit or something. But anyone with legal knowledge or prior experience is welcome to respond. Thanks!
