is it just me or does anyone else find this weird...?

This does sound kind of weird if you never really knew him that well, but maybe he just liked your vibe and is still thinking about you. Maybe he was into you while they were dating and was being respectful by waiting a while before pursuing it. The only other thing I think it could really be is if he still likes your friend and is just trying to make her jealous. If you're interested in him at all, talk to him. But be careful and cautious just incase something fishy is up! Good luck!
 
ok well one of my friends was dating this guy a while ago but they broke up and are still good friends. anyways out of no where the other day she rang me to tell me that he liked me and wants to get to know me better and become friends.

does anyone else find this weird...

would a guy really be interested in becoming friends with someone he barely knew or is there something more there
 
I would say that guy is fake... I mean I have been in that situation and I think the real reason they do it is because they are desperate and want sloppy seconds... but that is weird and if I was you I would let them know they have no respect for anyone.
 
It's a trick!! Don't do it!!
Bcuz that is really strange...especially if your friend is calling you and not the dude.....
Don't buy it.
