The NCAA got USC because Bush's parents negotiated with a marketing firm for him to sign with them for the use of a home near USC. Cam Newtons dad did the same thing except for cash. Ohio State sold items for cash and tattoos, it didn't state how much they were paid, or overpaid for the items. The fact is they all broke rules, and only USC received probation, one player bought down the entire football program.
