Okay so I have been Thur quit a few of the questions on here and I have noticed a lot of army, navy, etc. girlfriends/boyfriends posting questions about how they don't want there boyfriend/girlfriend to join in the army.navy etc. Or if they are in the army, navy, etc. they don't like being away and it's so hard with him being at basic and they miss them so much and there going crazy. They want them to get out or there mad they don't get to spend any time with them anymore. Is anyone else kinda sick of this. I know I am. I don't mean to offend anyone but I am a army wife, I have been for the last 4 1/2 years I have went thru 1 full deployment and half of another. I mean it's hard you will go months with out seeing you husband/wife. While there at basic and AIT you wont get to talk or see them at all really. It goes with the territory. It's the life of being with someone in the military. It's going to be hard, you will go long periods of time and not be able to see them, sometimes you might not even be able to talk to them. Sometimes when my husband gets off work all he wants to do is sleep, he works hard am I to tell him "No I want to spend time with you because I am being a little girl and need all you time and attention?" No I am not going to do that he works hard, not only is it hard being in the military working some crazy schedules its hard on the spouse/girlfriend/boyfriend, but that's what you get when you get with someone in the military. It's not easy it will be hard. But I'm sorry if you think not being able to talk/see him while hes at basic is hard maybe you should reconsider being with him at all, what are you going to do if he deploys? What are you going to do if he is stationed in another country, or in another state? Are you going to spend the little time you do have with him gripping about how you don't get to spend any time together or talk as much? I'm sorry I'm just ranting a little but some of these, women/girls/boy/men get on my nerves with there questions. So My main question is Do any of you other military members or spouses, and even you few girlfriends/boyfriends that don't do what I was ranting about get sick of the ones that do.
