Is it important to "act" like the gender you're trying to pass as, not just

look like it? I'm not trying to pass right now, but I don't think I'll pass as a boy.

I'm not necessarily feminine, but just quiet and polite. I'm an assertive tomboy, but that only appears online or with very close people. With most people I just come off as moody, quiet, antisocial, rude, etc.

Even then, I'm not exactly boyish in behavior. I don't have posture like a boy, I don't talk like a boy, I don't like to goof around, I don't have that "masculine" aura or assertiveness, etc.

I've heard that I'd probably come off as a tomboy, which I'm okay with, rather then a boy. But I'd like to just go out some day and be called a boy, not go out and everyone thinks I'm just a tomboyish kid.
I am trying to be myself. But what is myself...

._.
