I have an online shop and i use celebrity photos with my products, for example a hair accessories as seen on such a celebrity, i show the product with the celeb wearing it.
I would hate to be sued or have my website shut down as i am just a small little business.
I know that ASOS.com use celeb photos but they have a little caption at the bottom of their site 'THE CELEBRITIES NAMED OR FEATURED ON ASOS.COM HAVE NOT ENDORSED,
RECOMMENDED OR APPROVED ANY OF THE ITEMS OFFERED ON SITE'. If i put something like that, does it make it ok?
