their knowledge? An ex tennant of mine used my address to set up several businesses without my consent. I found out that it was her when an Inland Revenue letter appeared. She had made herself Director of 3-4 companies. Is this Fraud and what can I do???? Thanks
 
Business does it all the time to us every day. We are all being sold out constantly.

An address is an address and that's part of the reason the mail is still considered part of the Federal Government. Government property of course.
 
It is called 'obtaining an pecuniary advantage by deception' among other offences under the Theft Act.
Make a report to the police
