On i-chat, there is a function where you can take still frames of video-chats. didn't know that until ex showed me pics he took while were video-chatting x-rated style. i wouldn't have done that if i knew he was going to take pics, or that he even that he could. i would like to be an actor one day and never SEND people pictures of myself. streaming video is different because it's out there and gone, not downloaded to someone's hard drive and kept forever. says he won't show anyone but nervous and wondering if there's anyway i can legally circumvent him from releasing them - if the pictures were taken with out my consent, and a text convo preceding the pictures taken that i was hesitant to video-chat and made him promise he wouldn't do anything sketchy.
Is it illegal to take pictures of someone without their consent while video-chatting?
