...PLS READ? I just got fired from my job 2 days ago. i went to him today and asked him when i get my last pay. he had told me Jan 6th. is it illegal for him to not pay me after the week i got laid off...and he also said whatever from the store that is stolen comes out of my pay...ANNNND he pays cash illegally off the books. is he allowed to do either one of those?
is it illegal to take money out of someones pay because people shoplift / and more...
