is it illegal to sleep with a married woman in California? what if her husband

is in the military? and at war? i have recently been approached with an opportunity to have sexual relations with a woman i know.......BUT, she is married.......and her husband is out at sea.........i was wondering if it is illegal and if so........what are the consequences? I AM JUST ASKING DON'T ACCUSE ME OF ANYTHING, YET!
