Is it Illegal to sell Wireless internet to neighbors?

I don't know the specifics of FCC laws, but it's almost certainly a violation of the terms of service from your own ISP, because you'd be increasing the load on their service without them being compensated. It's effectively stealing their service to resell to others.
 
Is it illegal to sell wireless internet to neighbors and other people in the block or in the neighborhood. if selling it is not illegal do I have to have any sort of license sell it or some kind of agreement with the internet provider?? thanks
 
Yup that would be an internet cafe and that would be a business and business means business tax but it's not if you are just letting them use it for free and letting them put money in your mail box to financially help you wink wink
