My neighbours are really horrible. They have even told my kids not to play football in our own back garden cos they don,t want the ball going in their garden. We have a single drive then a patch of grass that extends into their front garden (our border is easily seen on our plans). They have gone and planted flowers on our piece of green and put great big rocks. Which we fall over as we get out the car. We are met with abuse and they state its their land. If we remove the plants (we intend to lay some slabs then park our car on it) and rocks and lay them neatly on their lawn can we still be done for criminal damage as we have up rooted the plants
