I was reading a story at http://27bslash6.com/function4sports.html and was just wondering if it would be legal. I know it wouldn't be very nice, but just a prank or something.
If you don't feel like reading it, the dude basically had terrible customer service at a snowboard shop and made a poster advertising a free giveaway at that shop and put them up around causing the shop to get lots phone calls and stuff....the owner of the shop was threatening to sue him, but what would the case be? Could you be sued or criminally prosecuted for this?
