I currently am the security supervisor for a plant in Missouri, the company we work for requires us to make a copy of the truck drivers Drivers License when they come it. Lately, they have been saying it is illegal for us to do it. I just want to know if it is in fact illegal and if anyone can find any laws about it so I can post it in our Guard Shack. I have searched everywhere. Thanks in advance.
