Is it illegal to keep a phone Vodafone sent me?

Hey, I had a faulty handset ( HTC desire hd) from Vodafone and they said they would exchange it for another phone. I said I wanted the HTC sensation and they agreed to it. I was then sent a text saying it would be delivered and it was. I was over the moon. I then got another next saying my new phone was going to be delivered. It has another desire hd. I. Now i have 2 HTC desires HDs and a HTC sensation. When I rang Vodafone they say they have no record of them sending anything out. What shall I do? Can I keep the phones? Can I get in any trouble? It's not my fault and it's not stealing because they were given to me,
 
It was probably ment for someone else and it somehow got sent to you or a computer error caused this. You might get into legal trouble so I would keep trying to send it back.
 
You cannot get in trouble if you did not influence them to send you two. If they do happen to ask you about it, just say that you did not know and did not realize you had to mail the phones back.
