Is it illegal to get past the megavideo time limit?

I hate the megavideo time limit and I know there are a lot of ways to get past the limit but is it illegal to get past the megavideo limit. The ones I use right now are typing the video's URL on a website to get past the limit (can't remember what its called). And pausing it, let it buffer and watch it offline. But is it illegal??
