Is it Illegal to cheat on the CLEP or DSST test?

Could you get in trouble legally for having someone take a standardized test for you?

If not, if any male in the NYC area who could pass for under 30 can take my Business Law II DANTE test and make at least a 55, I'll pay $250 (plus the $100 test fee)

It's illegal to cheat on any test, period. And usually when you do, anything you have done (in school or out) will become null and void and you'll have to start all over from square one. If you've invested a lot of time, money and effort into it, I'd say don't cheat and just do the best you can.
