is it illegal to build a pyramid house in a residential neighbourhood?

In Australia , when i get rich enough and have money to blow i want to build myself a pyramid to live in, but not of blocks like a modern day one, with a big waterslide from top to bottom and a pool that goes around it, with constant naked women swimming and sunbaking, n the pyramid will have balconys every level, is this possible?
ps. im not egyptian
