impound? A friend of mine was arrested for driving on a revoke license, but was not operating the vehicle when the police approached them. After they were arrested, one of the arresting officers drove off in their car. This happened after the same officer said they were not going to take the car. My question is, was the officer wrong? I'm like 80% sure that the car is supposed to be towed to the impound, but 80% isn't good enough in this case. Also, if you have any advice on the "driving on a revoked license" even though they weren't driving, that would be great. (when the police approached him, the car was stopped and the keys were not even in the ignition; they didn't pull him over or anything)
