I was wondering why some video games i play don't have children in them. My best guess was if the developers put children in the game the player could kill them, and that would create bad publicity for the game.
Some of my friends say it is becouse the developers did not want the bad publicity of dead children. Some of my friends say that it is illegal to show a child die. i didn't believe that it was illegal becouse i have seen Kenny die in Southpark countless times. but i couldn't think of a single game that showed the actual death, they all seem to cut away right before they die or hide it somehow.
Just to be clear I do NOT want a GTA style child Slaughtering game. i was just wondering if it was illegal to make a game were a child dies.
