giving you an explanation? I was pulled over for loud music recently and after being questioned by several officers, I was put in handcuffs. As he walked me over to the patrol car, I asked him what was the reason? He said I had warrants and was going to jail. All this was a huge mix up because this was my first time being pulled over in my life! When I asked him "what warrants?", he ignored me and continued to force me to the car. Nothing was explained to me about what warrants I was being arrested for. In the end it turned out that the warrants were for my twin brother which I had mentioned during my interrogation. I never got an apology or anything from neither of the 6 patrol cars that stopped me that day. And to top it all off, they all left me there after I told one of them that my car didn't want to turn on.

You were given an explanation. It was a mix up between you and your twin brother. The police may have thought you weren't truly identifying yourself. Nothing they did was illegal. They didn't need to apologize to you.
