I've worked for Walter Reed army medical Center for almost 9 years. Walter Reed army medical center discharged me from military service, medically about a decade and a half ago. I now work there and have been suspended and disciplined because of hospitalizations due to this. Isn't that illegal to discriminate against me when I have always substantiated my time away from work with documentation.. please help and who do I seek for help?
is it illegal for my employer to discipline me for a known veterans affairs disability?
