Is it illegal for a woman to drive intoxicated with a child in the car?

sorry about the title
I meant "hungover," not drunk
but if a woman is hungover and has her two year old child in the front seat of a toyota hybrid (I can't put in the back because guitar my there in)
can she be pulled over and if they gave her a breathalizer test, would they know how much she had to drink the night before?
