I'm from the netherlands and I've recently bought an iMac online in a store that was 100€ cheaper than it normally would be. It was a special offer for MacBooks and iMacs that the store does once in a while. Now I've read a few things that people said it was a refurbished product. Offcourse I want to get a product that is new just like you would expect from a store. What are my rights when it appears to be refurbished and is it legal for them to do such a thing without informing the customer first?
