So a couple of months ago i signed up for la boxing and they never told me it was a one year agreement. He never explained about the packages only how much it was a month and what classes there were. I thought it was a month to month thing and when i asked him he said yes. Well now im in trouble because there making me pay buku money. But at that time I don't think i was at legal age but now I am 18. Can I get out of this? I have not payed yet since I've been 18. The last time I payed was 6/25/11 and I was 17 at that age. I turned 18 July 2nd.
Is it illegal for a 17 year old to sign a 1 year agreement at a gym?
