I've been taking Jack3d a pre-workout powder, workout for about an hour and a half, then right after taking Amp Wheybolic Extreme for the post workout powder. My friend suggested taking Creatine because it'll have immediate effects. I was wondering if taking all of this will be good for my body? My kidney or heart must be taking a beating. And if i should take Creatine when should i take it? pre, post or during?
