Is it healthy to skip eating meats, poultry, fish and any type of meat for 4 days?

What you heard is not true.

If you are not going to eat meat or fish, then you will have to find another suitable source of protein.
 
im planning to eat any type of meat once every four days.cuz i heard that it takes 3 days for the stomach to finish digesting meats. is that true? so does that sound like a healthy thing to do for my body? do i benefit from it in any way?

i will be eating meat normally but i wanna skip it for 3 or 4 days. it has nothing to do with weight loss i just wanna have less of it so my body can have a better digestion/
