Hi,
I love breakfast and I can't function properly unless I eat it. Every day I have two slices of wholemeal toast with low fat peanut butter, a piece of fruit and a low fat yoghurt. I've heard it's good to eat a big breakfast, but I feel as though I'm eating too much! Is this breakfast healthy?
