Is it healthier to eat alottttt of healthy food (veggies, fruit, carbs, protein) in a

day.? I work out moderatly and am constantly hungry both out of boredom. after i eat a meal i think about hte next one. to try and avoid this i constantly eat veggies and fruits in between meals and got into gum to avoid feeling hungry. Is this a bad diet? Im still eating my pyramid.

Healthy or not? avg. day....
9am....( 1 or 2) bowls cereal with banana inside
10-12....work out
12....turkey sandwhich or salad for lunch
2....veggies,granola bar and fruit
3....fruit smoothie odwalla sometimes
4....nothing
5....nothing
6:30ish...dinner--> chicken and veggies or salad or pizza or sandwhich. ( i try and have meat if i didnt for lunch)
10-12...much on cereal and pretzels and/or glass of milk

Is this bad?
this is just an average mix????
