I know some Spanish (maybe 400 vocabulary words and a handful of phrases) but recently found a fellow student at my school who can teach me allot more, this is great 
now my girlfriend is Turkish and speak both Turkish and English perfectly (but no Spanish)
she is not a huge fan of Turkish but I want to meet her in her native tongue you know cause I love her so much I want to know her on that level so recently (yesterday) I started learning way Turkish phrases such as "seni seviyorum" - I love you. and "iyi gecelar" - good night.
I'm becoming very interested in Turkish now too will it be harder and/or confusing to learn both Spanish and Turkish at the same time or will it actually help??
when I said meet her I meant mentally not psychically - she isn't in Turkey or anything she is here
