Let's say I've been going to college here in Ohio and I want to go to California. I hear that if you wait one year as a legal resident you will receive in-state tuition. So if I go to California and finish out my remaining years of college, do you think my most of my credits will transfer to a college? Or do you think most likely I'll have to start over again and it'll take forever
