is it good to follow someone who is taking their driving test so that i know

they dont always take the same route. it really depends on the instructors. i suggest you drive around the neighborhood (main street and residential areas) to familiarize yourself with signs, hazards and traffic.

Instead of trying to learn the course for the test, why don't you practice driving in all types of conditions. Drive on the highway, in town, during rush hour, in the rain, etc. That way it won't matter where the instructor takes you and you will be a better driver when you do get your license.

they dont take the same course. its different every time, but yeah i guess its legal.
