is it good to exercise daily?

i know when u exercise ur muscle fiber gets tierd and it needs 2 days to recover and build up, but in some exercises likke crunches, push-ups and pull-ups, after 3 hours from doing them, i feel like i could do them again and i feel no pain in my muscles so is it good to exercise daily for some exercises like crunches?
