Is it good to do cardio in the mornings and then do fighting sport at night?

I want to do cardio but I really dont have time to in the evenings because I take fighting classes (Judo/grappling) so its a very strength heavy training. Is it ok to do cardio in the mornings? 8am and then do intense physical activity at night 6pm or is that overdoing?
Cardio in trying to do in the mornings is light cardio.
