hi i have sprint.
is it free to send a contact, picture, video via bluetooth to another sprint user and/or other carriers?

To send using bluetooth is free. To send using MMS or email is not unless you have a plan. Bluetooth is always free because it is simply a connection between devices not a message of any kind. Hope this helps!
