Is it free to call on weekends and after 9 with Verizon Wireless?

Okay so I want to talk to my friend over the phone and she's long distance. For At&t and T-mobile it's free on weekends and after 9:00 pm but I'm not sure about Verizon. Soooo does anyone know if it's also free ? (:
