Is it feasible to replace butter, with high fat yogurt, in cooking?

I was just eating a high fat yogurt that tasted like butter, so I had this idea.
Not high enough of fat content? Eating it, I could barely tell the difference. It had such a high fat content, I had to eat it slowly just to not vomit.
