This seems like a silly question, but I was taken aback when a Doctor told me his information was copyrighted (all in caps locked bold letters) in an email. I have every intention of giving credit where credit is due, using proper APA and MLA format to cite his works. However, I wasn't sure if I could face any legal ramifications for making reference to another work... I always thought that nothing is off limits if you cite accordingly.
