...that I ate today? I just had a nice Christmas holiday lunch at my company Today. I exercise normally 1 hour a day and am very healthy now. But I have not intentionally tried to burn a huge amount of calories in 2-1/5 extra hours. I plan to eat a whey protein shake after 2-1/2 hrs of exercise so I replenish muscle breakdown. I have already exercised mu daily one hour. And am proceeding on the wxtra amount
