Trust me, it is easy. I had to watch a cartoon interactive video about McDs & policies & training. It was really lame and something you think you would find off of disney channel. Then I just had to watch someone for awhile while they showed me how to do the position I was put on... then they let you try a few times. The next day, you are stationed at the position, but with someone watching & helping you.
McDs was my first job. Stayed there through high school and became a crew trainer. Then left it when I went to college.
