Its possible. I noticed you didn't list your personality, cuz in the long run....thats what really maters to us "chicks". It seems like your body is already well developed by your desciption, give your brain sometime to catch up ....and i guaruntee you'll have plenty of intersted girls in a few years. In the mean time.....be a 13 yr old boy.....don't be so quick to grow up! Girls will always be here, but....your only 13 once.
