Is it easy to find availability at camper-van parks at Great Ocean Road, without

booking in advance? I'm doing a 3 day trip of GOR in a camper-van. I have a general idea of where I'll be spending the night, but I would like to have the flexibility of pushing farther or staying back depending on how the trip plays out. Is it easy to just pop into a camper park and find sites available? Or is it necessary to book in advance?
