I work at Islands and it seems to have sooooo many modifications options that there is a bigger margin for error... so I'm wondering if it would be less stressful to work at a steak house where there would be less mods. Do people order higher-end meals JUST THE WAY IT IS for the most part?
Is it easier to work as a waiter at casual dining or higher end place?
