Is it difficult to fix my power locks and windows in my 2000 Dodge Neon?

My power locks make a terrible screeching/grinding noise on my front passenger side door, all the others work fine, just wondering what part I would need to get or what to do, also my passenger side power window does not roll down. If I play with it for a long time I can eventually get it to roll down, and it usually doesn't have a problem going up. Looking for insight. I'm going to a salvage yard today for another unrelated problem, and thought I might see if I can get those fixed to.

For the door lock, it is the the power door latch that needs to be replaced. The power window motor is going bad, or you have a wiring problem. Its easy to replace the whole regulator and motor as an assembly. Good Luck!
