Is it considered neglect when u see a therapist for 5 min she dont listen but shes

charging by the hour ? I've been at this mental health facility for 2 years.I saw one therapist who didn't listen and was in a hurry to get me outta her office.she left and they put me with the exact kind of therapist.she don't listen or give a crap about my issues.I've told my doctor and several other people I DO NOT like her.they tell me to take it up with the therapist. is that really MY job??I get maybe 5 min and she's tryin to rush me out.but they charge my insurance for an hour.I've begged for a change and they refuse.they put it on me to do.is this illegal or just wrong???HELP PLEASE
