I am buying a house that is in pre auction stage, but I was told that I would have to pay all of closing and $2500 earnest money. The house is really beautiful and as far as the total price I feel like we're getting a deal, but I can't understand if it's not at the auction stage right now why do I have to pay all the closing cost.
Is it common to pay all the cost on pre auction home?
