I took my car into my mechanic to have the A/C compressor replaced (my car was fine otherwise). Now he can't get it to start and told me the that the motherboard is fried and it is a common thing with Jeeps. Not sure if he is just trying to get me to pay for the fix that he broke. Does this really happen...often?
Is it common for the brains (motherboard?) of my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee to go out?
