Is it common for an apartment lease to ban home businesses?

While reading the lease for my apartment for another reason, I came across a line in the "community policies" section that states that tenants are not allowed to run any type of home business in their apartment, including online businesses (where no customers would be at the apartment). Although it doesn't apply to me, I still wonder if this is common or not. It's not something I've ever heard of before and even though I read that line when signing the lease, it's just now making me wonder.

So, is this a common policy when it comes to apartment leases? All of their other policies seem standard besides this one, at least to me.

I'm not worried about it, just curious.
