I'm going to Vegas for the first time with my boyfriend soon and not only do I not know what to wear, but I don't know if I should buy it here in Hawaii or wait til I get to Vegas. I've had mixed answers from people in Hawaii. Some saying Vegas is cheaper while others saying the opposite. Any answers from people with more experience?
